Billing

How often am I billed for BestLine Services?

In most cases BestLine bills for services on a monthly basis. We prepare bills on the 1st, 11th, and 22nd of each month and they are mailed within one or two days after these dates. Customers are placed in a cycle closest to their start date of services.

When should I expect to receive my billing statement?

Your BestLine billing statement is sent via first class US Mail from Austin, Texas. You should expect to receive it within less than 7 to 10 days from when we mail it.

If I have multiple services from BestLine will I receive multiple billing statements?

For your convenience we attempt to send you one statement for multiple services you may receive from us whenever possible.

Are we billed for our services from BestLine in advance or in the arrears?

Being billed in advance or in the arrears depends on what services you have from BestLine. For the service you are almost always billed in advance, however for any usage billing you would be billed in the arrears.

When is my payment due to BestLine?

We ask that you pay your bill within 30 days or less of the bill date. This will ensure your payment is reflected on your next statement. For example, if your bill has a bill date of the 11th then we ask that we receive your payment at least a couple of days prior to the 11th of the next month.

What forms of payment does BestLine accept?

We accept check and credit card payments. For credit card payments we accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Please note at this time we do not accept American Express.

What if I have a question concerning my BestLine billing statement?

Please call our Customer Care Team if you have any questions on your billing statement. Our team is available to assist with questions Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time except for all major holidays. Our toll free number is 800-365-6030.

What if I need to request support on my BestLine services?

Our team of certified support technicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We ask that non-emergency/non-system failure requests be placed by calling our Customer Care Team at 800-365-6030 during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time except for all major holidays. For emergency/system failure requests which are causing a current business impact please call 800-365-6030 24×7/365 and follow the prompts to be connected to a certified support technician if your request is after regular business hours. Please not our after hours support team is unable to assist with billing questions or new order requests.

Will a BestLine technician always need to come on site to assist with our request?

Our technicians will always resolve your request in the most efficient manner. In many cases this can be done remotely however at times a technician may need to come on site.

Does BestLine offer other solutions and services not listed on the website?

If you don’t see something you may be looking for on our website we encourage you to call and speak to one of our Solution Specialists. In many cases we can provide what you are looking for or solve your need with one of our many services.

Is it required to have multiple solutions/services from BestLine?

Our client partners can have multiple or a single solution/services from us. Our overriding goal is to ensure what ever services you have with us are the best they can be and they resolve your needs.

Is BestLine planning on adding other services to their suite of solutions?

Since 1983 BestLine has been providing solutions which meet our client partner needs. We will continue to add new services to our suite of solutions as they become available.

Does BestLine service areas outside of Austin and/or Texas?

Austin and really all of Texas is our home but we can service any where within the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. We can even provide some services globally.
